I)        GROWTH OF MEMBERSHIP

·        Deepen and continue the strong bond among our church family as we grow

·        Create an environment that is open and inviting to people of all ages

·        Develop programs and services to attract new members

·        Increase participation in parish life

 
            II)      DEVELOP AND INITIATE ALLIANCES FOR MINISTRY AND OUTREACH

·        Create local and regional inter-faith alliances for outreach, education and mission.

·        Reach out and be involved in the wider community.

·        Continue to support outreach opportunities, with an emphasis on local needs

III)    DEVELOP A STRONGER SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION +

·        Provide youth and adult formation programs.

·        Identify and train educational/activity leaders for youth and adult formation.

·        Expand small group participation with a focus on formation.

·        Assist all in identifying their spiritual gifts and discipline preferences. 

·        Continually assess the worship experience.

+ Spiritual Formation develops from relationships around Bible study, faith development and sharing of faith stories revealed from study, reflection and service.  Members of Trinity Episcopal Church are encouraged to use these basic faith practices:  Study Scripture, Worship, Pray, Give, Serve, Encourage and Witness.
